Shipping & Returns
In-Store Pickup
This delivery option allows customers to pick-up their items at our Liguanea Plaza location. Customers are allowed to pay in cash/debit/credit at our location when using this option, but must advise our team following checkout.
Customers will receive a confirmation email when their order is ready for pickup. Customers can collect their order during any of our opening hours. However, we request that customers contact us at 876-977-2805 to advise our team of their estimated arrival.
Domestic Delivery
Domestic delivery is available across Jamaica via Jamaica Post's ZipMail. Customers are charged a flat rate upon checkout which will cover delivery costs. Estimated arrival time is 2 to 3 business days.
Customers must pay their orders in advance (Direct Deposit or PayPal) for this option- cash/debit/credit upon arrival will not be facilitated. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
International Shipping
International Standard Shipping is available to select countries via Jamaica Post.
Caribbean: Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, St. Lucia
Europe: United Kingdom
North America: Canada and the United States of America
Please note that estimated shipping times may be delayed to COVID-19 and packages may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy
In-Store Pickup
Items must be returned in-store within 5 working days upon pick-up in exchange for store credit. Store credit does not expire. We do not provide refunds.
Returns will not be facilitated unless original receipt/invoice is presented. Items must be unused and/or not worn, in good condition and with their original tags still attached.
Domestic Delivery/International Shipping
Customers must state their intention to return items within 5 working days upon delivery to emiles@sunislandjamaica.com. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Returns are made in exchange for store credit- store credit does not expire. We do not provide refunds.
Returns will not be facilitated unless original receipt/invoice is presented with items. Items must be unused and/or not worn, in good condition and with their original tags still attached.

Payment in JMD
Option 1 (Direct Deposit)
•An invoice will automatically be sent to your email in JMD with Direct Deposit information for payment.
•Once your payment is deposited, please send a screenshot to us at emiles@sunislandjamaica.com to officially confirm your order.
•A confirmation email will be sent once deposit is received.
Option 2 (Cash/Debit/Credit Upon Pickup)
This payment option is only available for customers who chose the in-store pickup delivery option.
•An invoice will automatically be sent to your email in JMD with Direct Deposit information for payment.
•If interested in paying in cash/debit/credit upon pickup, please email us at emiles@sunislandjamaica.com to advise our team.
Payment in USD (PayPal)
•All prices on our website and in your cart are stated in JMD.
•An invoice will automatically be sent to your email in JMD with Direct Deposit information for payment.
•If interested in paying in USD, please email us at emiles@sunislandjamaica.com to request an invoice quoted in USD with our PayPal information for payment. Customers must attach/forward their original JMD invoice with this request.
•Once your payment is deposited via PayPal, please send a screenshot to us at emiles@sunislandjamaica.com to officially confirm your order.
•A confirmation email will be sent once deposit is received.
